It literally had everything in one parking lot. I loved the staff. And the fact the room service simply wasnÂ¿t going to come unless specifically asked? LOVED that. It showed there was no waste of resources.

Honestly the only thing I didnÂ¿t enjoy was that we could hear a ton of sounds from other rooms but thatÂ¿s no fault of the hotel/staff - just lack on insulation so we arenÂ¿t holding that against our experience.

It had an arcade and mini golf! It was clean and the complimentary tea and coffee was great. Comfortable beds.

Dated bathroom and air conditioning. Small towels. Ice machine was funky. There was no where to get something to eat, not even snacks or bagels.

Good, clean room. The bathroom fixtures were dated but in great condition. I haven't seen a coral colored toilet in decades. In fact, the entire stay reminded me of staying with my grandparents as a kid. The location; next to an ice-cream shack, a mini-golf course and arcade and 5 minutes to the beach, was perfect. The fog might roll in and out, but there is a lot of good summer memories to be made in Cape Cod.

Needed a quick and affordable place to stay the night, and this was perfect! Very clean, the beds were comfortable, water was hot. The staff were all quite nice. Thanks for the stay!

Room was clean and well supplied. Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was great as there were many places to visit that were not too far.

Our bathroom had a floor that sloped down at least 2 inches. This needs to be addressed as at some point the floor might break. The mattresses in our room were soft and sagged, so a little uncomfortable. They have cable TV but only about 12 channels.
